The first Regional United Methodist Disability Ministries Awareness Service was hosted by Manchester United Methodist Church, in St. Louis, Missouri. Rev. Russell Ewell, member of Village Church of St. Louis and Vice Chairperson of the United Methodist National Task Force on Disabilities Ministry, organized the service with the help of a regional committee.
