We are grateful to the See family for inviting us into their home to learn about the need that many people have for organ donation.\u00c2\u00a0 Mike See has been on dialysis for a year now because of his kidney disease.\u00c2\u00a0 The dialysis takes 4 hours, 5 nights a week after both Mike and Joni have spent a full day at work.\u00c2\u00a0 The Missouri United Methodist congregation, in Columbia, was made aware of the need for a kidney donation and 5 members have stepped forward to offer one of their kidneys.\u00c2\u00a0 This MissionCast will be used as part of the sermon at Missouri UMC on National Organ Donor Sunday (2nd<\/sup> Sunday of November each year) and we offer it to your congregation to use on this special Sunday or on another Sunday that works for you.<\/p>\n
