79. PETs at Rock Bridge Elementary School

girl on petRock Bridge Elementary School in Columbia, Missouri, undertook the project of giving another person mobility with the gift of a PET. (Personal Energy Transportation) They ended up raising money for more than one PET. They invited Mel West, the founder of the PET Project to their school to tell him what they had done and to give him the money for 10 PETs.
