PET stands for personal energy transportation. A PET is a three-wheel hand cranked wheel chair for those who have lost the use of their legs. The PET ministry started in Columbia, Missouri, by Rev. Mel West. However, now PETs are produced in many locations.
Larry Reid started the PET production ministry in Dexter, Missouri. We are happy to be able to share with you a news spot on the ministry produced by KFVS-TV in Cape Girardeau. For information about how you can be a part of this ministry call the PET Project, in Columbia. Phone 573-886-7877. You may also give the gift of mobility with the donation of the cost of a PET which is $250. Send donations to the PET Project at 1908 Heriford Road, Columbia, MO 65202
